ABOUT

Hello! As you have probably guessed, I am an artist and as a spin on an already complicated life, I became ill at 13 with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome too, which in dual conflications, conduct the days and ways of living I must follow.
Back to the artwork!
I am an artist whose work is shaped by solitude, imagination, and lived limitation. Living with fibromyalgia has meant long periods of isolation and an unpredictable relationship with creation, where art often has to arrive slowly and on its own terms.
I am drawn to fantasy as a visual language, inspired by quiet world-building and the imagination so clearly used in fantasy work.
I love the artwork of many artists (quite often found on Instagram though I keep trying to find some with mailing lists I can be a part of.
I find artists to be a deep inspiration to continue trying at times of hardship but sometimes it can be difficult too. Artist comparison is a clear and strong difficulty in me and I often wonder it there’s any point to putting my own spin on things with my own artwork, It’ll take me a few days to break free of this thinking.
My process is constantly changing, and I find that I am often more changed by the artwork than the other way around.
Through my practice, I explore inner landscapes, stillness, and the quiet space where imagination and endurance meet.
